Duties of Green Island Village Clerk

As Records Manager, the Clerk acts as custodian of all permanent Village records and provides for the storage, retrieval and disposition of all records for all the departments of the Village.

ALBANY COUNTY CERTIFICATES OF RESIDENCE

Certificate of Residence, for those residing in Green Island for at least six months, may be obtained at the Village Office during normal business hours. Proof of address (ID, utility bill, lease, etc) must be provided along with photo ID. Please call first to ensure the Clerk or Deputy Clerk is available to issue the certificate.
